How Can I Return an Item?

Refund/Return/Cancellation Policy:

The original sales receipt or order confirmation must accompany all returns. Order cancellations must be made in writing at least 24 hours before the order is processed; once the order is processed, no refunds or credits will be issued.

At our sole discretion, after 2 calendar days, we will only offer an exchange for defective flowers or products such as teddy bears. Items like chocolate-covered strawberries or opened wine cannot be exchanged. All items must be in "new, unaltered, and unused condition." The definition of "new, unaltered, and unused condition" is as follows:

  • The item shows no signs of wear or damage in any way.
  • The return is requested within 2 calendar days from the delivery date (after 2 days, no returns are allowed).
  • The item is not a special order or a custom order.
  • Unless otherwise noted, the item cannot be returned or may have a different return policy period other than the 2-day timeframe mentioned in the specific product description.

If an item is received damaged or was shipped incorrectly by us, please contact Customer Service immediately. Items that are defective, shipped by mistake, or items you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of the item(s) once we receive them.

A 15% restocking fee applies to returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again, you MUST contact us within 2 days if you intend to return ANY item. Items returned to us AFTER 3 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
