Shipping Policy – Flowers to Colombia

Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 3:00 PM (local time in Colombia).
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered the next business day or on the date specified by the customer.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the recipient’s location, traffic conditions, and other external factors.

Delivery Areas

  • We deliver to all major cities in Colombia, including Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla, Cartagena, Bucaramanga, Cúcuta, Pereira, and more.
  • If the delivery address is outside our coverage area, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.

Delivery Fees

  • Flat rate of $9.99 USD applies to all deliveries.

Delivery Guidelines

  • Recipient Availability: The recipient must be available at the specified delivery address.
  • Alternative Delivery Options: If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the order with a family member, neighbor, or reception desk (if applicable).
  • Incomplete or Incorrect Address: If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, we will attempt to contact the sender for clarification. Additional delivery fees may apply if a second delivery attempt is required.

Special Delivery Requests

  • We strive to accommodate specific delivery time requests, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to external factors such as traffic, weather, or high-demand periods (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day).
  • If you require delivery at a specific time, please contact us at orders@flowerstocolombia.com before placing your order.

Holidays & Peak Season Deliveries

  • During peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc.), delivery times may be extended due to high demand.
  • We recommend placing your order in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Non-Deliverable Situations

  • If the recipient refuses the delivery for reasons unrelated to Flowers to Colombia, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • If the recipient is not in the city on the scheduled delivery date, the order will be left at the specified address or with a designated contact.
