How Can I Return an Item?

Refund/Return/Cancellation Policy:

All returns must be accompanied by the order confirmation. Order cancellations must be requested in writing at least one day before the scheduled delivery if the order was placed for the following day. If the order was placed for same-day delivery, cancellations must be made within one hour of placing the order. Once the order has been processed, no refunds or credits will be issued.

We offer a 2-day return policy, meaning you have up to 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@flowerstocolombia.com. We will arrange for a driver to pick up the item at the original delivery address.

Damages & Issues

We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrectly shipped by us, or an item you did not order, please contact our Customer Service team immediately via email at orders@flowerstocolombia.com or through WhatsApp at 1-832-387-8177. We will promptly assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.


Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item first. Once the return is approved, we will replace it with either the same product or an alternative design of equal value and in perfect condition.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Perishable goods, such as cakes and chocolate-covered strawberries.
  • Custom-made products, including personalized or special-order items.
  • Opened wine bottles or any unsealed/used products included in gift baskets (anchetas).

If a product has been prepared and the intended recipient is not present in the delivery city, the item will be left at the specified delivery address, with a family member or a neighbor.

If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery for reasons unrelated to Flowers to Colombia (FTC), the order cannot be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at orders@flowerstocolombia.com.
